Europe's best airport for 19 consecutive years

Summary

For the 19th time in a row, Zurich Airport has received the prestigious World Travel Award as Europe's Leading Airport. Zurich Airport has been unbeaten in its category since 2004.

Zurich Airport was once again named the Europe's leading at this year's World Travel Awards. In addition to customer satisfaction, the quality standards of products and services at and around Zurich Airport were evaluated. Further development for more quality of stay

In order to maintain its high quality standards in the future, Zurich Airport is constantly developing. The new baggage sorting facility is currently under construction. The quality of the public areas will also be improved in the near future. The renovation of parts of the Airport Shopping will create better pathways and more space for pedestrian flows, which will also contribute to the overall quality of the stay. In addition, a new, sustainable Dock A will be built over the next ten years, largely from wood. Today's short distances, which are particularly appreciated by passengers at Zurich Airport, will be maintained.
