After taking note of the latest measures adopted by the Swiss Federal Council regarding the coronavirus, the Board of Directors of Flughafen Zürich AG has come to the conclusion that it is advisable not to hold the Annual General Meeting on the scheduled date of April 16, 2020. The decision to postpone the Annual General Meeting was not taken lightly, where several factors were carefully considered. On one hand, this conclusion is due to the fact that the meeting would not be guaranteed to be held properly as planned. On the other hand, postponing the meeting will also allow to continue monitoring any further developments on the financial situation and economic impact on the business of Flughafen Zürich AG, and if necessary, to revaluate the proposals provided to the Annual General Meeting.
