Traffic Figures Zurich 

1,733,649 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in February (+76.6% vs. previous year). The number of local passengers increased by 65.0% and transfer passengers increased by 111.3%. The transfer rate, which was at 25.6% last February, is at 30.6% in the month under review. Passenger numbers were 85.2% of the 2019 level.

In February, flight movements increased by 36.7% to 15,810 versus previous year. Flight movements were 80.3% of the 2019 level.

Commercial Activities Zurich

Total turnover in February was CHF 38.4m (+47.4% vs previous year). The increase divides into 66.3% for airside and 31.3% for landside.

Traffic Figures International

At the international airports, the passenger count was as follows for the month under review: 

• 318,753 at Florianópolis Airport (+27.1% vs. previous year)
• 230,740 at Vitória/Macaé Airports (+25.8% vs. previous year)
• 175,970 at Antofagasta Airport (+9.3% vs. previous year)
• 145,856 at Iquique Airport (-7.0% vs. previous year)
