Traffic Figures Zurich 

2,322,882 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in September (+67.9% vs. previous year). The number of local passengers increased by 59.1% and transfer passengers increased by 97.0%. The transfer rate, which was at 30.3% last August, is at 29.2% in the month under review. 
Passenger numbers were 80.3% of the 2019 level. 

In September, flight movements increased by 29.0% to 20,724 versus previous year. 
Flight movements were 85.0% of the 2019 level. 

Commercial Activities Zurich

Total turnover in September was CHF 49.1m (+46.4% vs previous year). The increase divides into 56.8% for airside and 34.8% for landside.

Traffic Figures International

At the international airports, the passenger count was as follows for the month under review: 

• 257,605 at Florianópolis Airport (+15.3% vs. previous year) 
• 258,442 at Vitória/Macaé Airports (+22.5% vs. previous year) 
• 165,732 at Antofagasta Airport (-3.1% vs. previous year) 
• 143,148 at Iquique Airport (+1.0% vs. previous year)
