A visit to Zurich Airport is worthwhile even without travel plans: Whether shopping in the Airport Shopping or in the alleys in the Circle, enjoying the fine food in one of the many restaurants, airplane spotting on the observation deck or a walk in the park – Zurich Airport offers a wide range of experiences. During the summer months of July and August, additional temporary offers are added: 
Summer Lounge in the Circle 

The main square in the Circle is transformed into an atmospheric Summer Lounge – weatherproof, by the way, because the main square and alleys are covered. On the weekends, live music is played. Every Friday a DJ or DJane plays after-work sounds from 15:00 to 20:00, on Saturdays and Sundays there is live music from 13:00 to 17:30. Leon's Loft serves various snacks and drinks. 

Joy of playing for all 

In the Games Lounge in the Nordgasse in the Circle, table tennis, billiards, table football and darts are on offer until the end of August. In addition, a temporary mini golf course with various stations invites people to play. All minigolf equipment can be borrowed from the Games Lounge.

1st of August weekend with barbecue and brunch 

Celebrating the Swiss National Day with family and friends is a beautiful tradition, which is also featured in the park at Zurich Airport. From July 30 to August 1st, ten additional barbecue areas with free firewood and seating are available. A drinks and ice cream stand offers refreshments. Visitors just need to bring their own barbecue foods. Younger guests can borrow outdoor games from a games bus in the park. 
 

Varied program for aviation fans 

It won't be boring on the spectator terrace either: On 31 July and 1 August, brunch will be served from 10:00 a.m. (by appointment only). Here, too, a DJ or a DJane plays and our tour guides comment live on the flight operations. Highlight for all aviation fans: A shuttle bus takes guests to the spectator terrace in Dock E. Inparticular, flight operations with long-haul destinations can be observed at close range. On August 1, Globi comes to visit the airport. Spectator Terrace B is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until 31 October. 

Guided tours and round trips 

Experience the fascination of flying up close and take a look behind the scenes of airport operations – this is possible on one of the public guided tours by foot or commented bus tours.
