Today, two mile stone contracts between BIAL (Bangalore International Airport Limited) and the local State of Karnataka have been signed. The remaining shareholding is held by the Federal State of India (13%) and the State of Karnataka (13%). Total investment in the new airport will be approx. 260 million USD. Unique will invest approx. 10 million Euro.
