You may park for up to three hours longer without incurring any additional costs. If you exit the car park more than three hours after the maximum parking duration, you will be charged for the additional time at the ticket machine in accordance with the following table.

If you have already entered the parking location, a booking can be extended until the originally booked time of exit.

To extend a booking after entry, you can edit your booking in the confirmation and specify the new exit time under extend parking duration. Additional costs are possible due to the extended parking duration. If your booking has not yet started, you can change it yourself online under edit booking.

 Yes, you may shorten your booking before entering the car park. If you shorten your stay, you will receive a proportional refund of the amount.

If you have to pay an additional amount, scan the QR code at the ticket machine or at the exit barrier.

Not necessarily. Please check the new booking confirmation to see whether parking damage insurance is still mentioned. Owing to the change in travel duration, this may no longer apply to your changed booking. Yes, you can make a booking for yourself or someone else. Another person can also make a booking for you.

No – you can choose the car park, but not the parking space. After entering the car park, choose an available parking space.

Yes. Once you have completed your booking, confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. The booking is only complete upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

When booking online, the minimum parking period is eight hours.

No, you can use any of the car parks (P1, P2, P3, P6) without a reservation, subject to availability. However, please note that the online rates are often cheaper than the on-site rates. Here is an overview of the standard rates:

The QR code is your entry and exit ticket. Hold the QR code to the scanner at the entry barrier (see picture in e-mail). Once the booking data have been checked, the barrier opens automatically. No ticket is issued. 

No, after your return you can drive straight to the exit barrier. The barrier will recognise your vehicle registration plate and open automatically.

Yes, you can cancel your booking. Cancellation is free of charge if you have cancellation insurance. If you do not have cancellation insurance, you may not claim a refund for the amount.

If you took out cancellation insurance, you will be refunded the total parking fee, minus the cost for the cancellation insurance. If you do not have cancellation insurance, you may not claim a refund for the amount.

To cancel your booking, click on the corresponding link in the booking confirmation.

Rather than cancelling, you can change your booking period instead. If you would like to postpone your booking, the amount you have already paid will be taken into account. Please note that there may be a price difference.

No, in this case, refunds will not be given. However, if you shorten your booking, you may receive a partial refund.

Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days for the credit to appear in your account. The refund is made to the payment method that you used to make the booking.

If you received the discount code through a campaign or newsletter, you can use the direct link in the e-mail. You can also simply enter the discount code in the "Discount code" field when making a booking.

If you made your booking online, we guarantee that there will be a space available for you. You can ignore the "Besetzt" (Full) sign and enter at the barrier with your QR code.

Follow the parking guidance system. It will show you the available spaces.

No, the authorisation applies for a single entrance and exit. If you need to leave the car park again to re-enter later, press the help button at the barrier and have your booking reference to hand. You will find this in the booking confirmation.

There are two options for charging your electric car:

1. Park & Charge zone in P6 on level 6. Here, you can charge with an output of up to 11 KW.
2. GOFAST fast-charge car park right next to the BP filling station at the Circle. Here, you can charge with an output of up to 300 KW.

You can either book online or take a ticket at the car park. You can secure a space in the Park & Charge zone if you make a booking online in advance.

The charging fee is CHF 0.65/kWh (prices are subject to change).

GOFAST is a fast-charge car park with eight charging stations. Here, you can charge with an output of up to 300 KW. This can thus increase the range by up to 200 km in 10 minutes. If Park & Charge is fully booked, you can charge at GOFAST quickly and conveniently at any time.

Public buses travel from outside car park P60 to Zurich Airport (05:15 – 00:30). You will find precise travel times in the timetable:

Alternatively, there is a well-marked footpath from car park P60 directly to Zurich Airport. It is around 1 km long and takes approx. 15 minutes on foot.

The bus/tram stop at P60 is called "Zürich Flughafen, Werft". Several bus lines travel directly to "Zürich Flughafen, Bahnhof" (Zurich Airport station).
