Our digital business developers form the interface between people, technology and business. As an interface function in digitalisation projects, they bring together the interests of all stakeholders and specialist departments, procure the necessary basis for decision-making, develop and present proposed solutions and support their successful implementation. The apprentices change departments every 12 months and provide active support in digitalisation projects.

The basic training programme lasts 4 years. In the first and second year of your apprenticeship, you will attend vocational school (modular structure) in Winterthur (ZH) two days a week, and one day a week in the third and fourth year. Inter-company courses supplement the practical work and school lessons. If you perform very well at school, you can attend the vocational baccalaureate school during your basic training.
