Our cleaning technology specialists maintain buildings (multi-storey car parks, terminals etc.), spaces (offices, shops, restaurants, WCs), facilities and equipment (carpets, floors, furniture, windows, escalators) at Zurich Airport. They are responsible for the periodic maintenance, intermediate and basic cleaning of our various buildings and facilities. They are free to select the right equipment, machines, tools and consumables for their work, to determine the quantity and concentration of cleaning agents, and they provide any aids (lifting gear, scaffolding, protective sheeting) necessary for the work to be carried out.

Basic training lasts three years, during which you spend one day a week at the technical college in Olten (SO). Practical work and classroom tuition are complemented by inter-company courses. If your academic performance is good enough you can attend vocational college during your basic training.
