What to expect
At SR Technics, you will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at aircraft engine maintenance. During the tour, you
will visit different workshop areas and learn how aircraft engines are disassembled, cleaned, inspected, repaired and
prepared for their next operation.
You will also gain insight into technical aviation roles and learn which skills are important in a precise MRO environment: quality, safety, teamwork and technical understanding.
Program:
- Technical careers: Discover exciting career opportunities in the world of aviation and aircraft engine maintenance.
- Engine testing: We will show you how engines are prepared for testing and why these checks are important.
- Assembly and disassembly: See how engines and components are precisely assembled and disassembled.
- Cleaning and inspection: Learn how engine components are cleaned and checked for possible damage.

PS: We initially offer company visit tours on Tuesday in German and Wednesday in English.
If there is enough interest, we will also offer an additional tour on Thursday in German. This tour will take place if at least 5 participants register.
