The AOP web application supports operational stakeholders at Zurich Airport.

Goals of the AOP

The AOP aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Providing a comprehensive overview of the current and forecasted operational situation, through the visualization of aircraft, passenger, and baggage data.
  • Early detection of deviations through insight into relevant data to make appropriate decisions, such as optimized infrastructure and personnel planning
  • Supporting short-term optimization of tactical planning to enhance strategic planning.
  • Increasing punctuality and passenger satisfaction in operations.

Agile development of the AOP

The AOP was not launched as a finished product but is constantly being developed and enhanced with new features. This ongoing refinement process allows various operational stakeholders to actively contribute to shaping the AOP.

FZAG employees: FZAG employees can request access via the IAM (Omada Identity Cloud) order portal.
