Visitor registration –for airside

If you would like to invite visitors (individuals without an airport ID card) into the airside, non-public zone at the airport, you must request an access pass. This pass is for people who need to carry out work in the non-public part of the airport on behalf of a company based at the airport.

Please follow these steps:

1. If you need the authorization to register visitors online, please contact your employer's responsible department. The application must be submitted by your employer via the digital ZRH Center and should be made at least 10 days before the planned start of validity. 
2. The visit can then be registered online as soon as the employee has received authorisation.
3. Please carefully read the information below and pass it on to your visitor so you are both – applicant and visitor – clear about your rights and obligations.
4. The airport employee inviting the visitor must then pick up the visitor pass together with the visitor at one of the following ten locations.
