Self Bag Drop machines are available for all passengers with a valid boarding pass in Check-in 2, Row 5. The machines can be used from 23 hours before departure during the check-in opening hours subject to certain luggage restrictions.

Important: baggage drop-off may require assistance from a member of check-in staff. In this case if there is no staffed check-in desk open, baggage drop-off is not possible the evening before your flight.

Passengers without a boarding pass may use the staffed Air India desks in Check-in 2, Row 1, open 3 hours before departure.
