A welcome desk can be booked in both Arrivals 1 and Arrivals 2, or optionally at both locations. We recommend renting ten additional signposts so that your guests know where they will be welcomed as soon as they enter the customs hall.

Own furniture or materials

All furniture and materials that the customer wishes to bring to the venue require approval from the fire safety department. A corresponding certificate in accordance with EN 13501-1 must be submitted at least two weeks before the event. 

Wi-Fi

Once you have registered using your mobile phone number, ID document or boarding pass, you can use the airport Wi-Fi for eight hours. After a 60-minute break, you can use it for another eight hours. If desired, Wi-Fi extension vouchers can be ordered so that you can access the internet without interruption.

Furniture

The furniture shown in the fact sheet is already included in the rental price. At the customer's request, the low desk element can be replaced with a wheelchair-accessible element. The desk elements are equipped with power sockets (Swiss socket, USB-A and USB-C).
