The ZRH Insider App is the exclusive app for all employees at Zurich Airport and the Circle. With the app, you have an overview of all airport benefits and access to exclusive offers and discounts in over 80 shops.

The ZRH Insider App is exclusively available to all employees at Zurich Airport and the Circle.

The app offers the following functions for the ZRH community: 

• Regular free offers and discounts
• Overview of all airport benefits from over 80 shops
• The ZRH Insider Card always at hand
• Airport news and updates
• Current operational information, especially regarding employee parking

• Go to the App Store

• Use your existing profile from the Zurich Airport website.
• If you don't have a profile, you can create one in the app or register via website.

• Create a new profile

To use the app, you need a login for the Zurich Airport website. If you don't have a login yet, you can create one during the app registration process. 
Additionally, you need the following information to identify yourself as an authorized employee:

• Your personal ID
• Your application number
• Your date of birth

You can find the information that identifies you as an authorized employee on your personal airport badge or employee badge. If you do not have such a badge, please contact the responsible department of your employer. These are usually the HR department, shop managers, or the facility management. The order for activation information is always placed by the employer.

1. Check the spam folder of your email account.
2. Register with a private email address.

Business email addresses may sometimes block the receipt of the email.

1. Check the correct entry of your data (pay attention to upper and lower case).
2. Check if the data was entered in the correct field.
3. Try activating with the fictional date of birth 01/01/2000.
4. Have your activation information confirmed by your employer (HR department, shop manager, etc.).

Your registration data has a limited validity and has expired. You should have received new verification information via email from your employer. If this is not the case, please contact your HR department, shop manager, facility management, or another department that orders access media for your employer.

Your photo will be displayed on the ZRH Insider Card in the next few hours.

You can redeem ZRH Insider Deals only with the app. The deal can be redeemed once or multiple times per employee. Please always make sure you are at the checkout when redeeming a deal.

As long as the deal is visible in the app, it is valid. If you have already redeemed a once-redeemable deal, you cannot use it again.

If the deal from the app was not accepted at the checkout, please contact us via the support form.

You can order and pay directly from your table in selected restaurants using the QR code. Scan the QR code to view the menu. The employee discount will be automatically deducted with the ZRH Insider app.

You can find a list of the participating restaurants in the ZRH Insider app by tapping the «Scan & Order» icon. The list is updated continuously. Be aware that not all restaurants where you can use a QR code to order are part of the Scan & Order project.

The QR code will be on the table at the participating restaurant.

You can pay directly when you order with standard payment methods incl. Reka lunch cheques and Swiss Lunch-Check.

With the new “Pickup & Delivery” function, you can easily pre-order your food and either have it delivered or pick it up yourself at the desired time. You will automatically benefit from your employee discount.

Currently, the "Pickup & Delivery" service is available at the "Pret" restaurant in the Circle.

You can pay directly when ordering with common payment methods, including Reka-Lunch and Lunch-Check.
