As announced in the spring, the Board of Directors of Flughafen Zürich AG, with the new Chairman Josef Felder, has taken the public debate on financial support for political parties as an opportunity to review the company's donation practice, which has been in place for years and is reported in the Integrated Report. The Board of Directors has come to the conclusion that it will refrain from making donations to political parties in the future. In doing so, the Board of Directors is taking into account the fact that the general understanding of corporate governance has changed.

Accordingly, Flughafen Zürich AG will no longer make donations to political parties in the future. Individuals with political mandates or in election campaigns will not be supported as before. The Group Code of Conduct of Flughafen Zürich AG has been amended accordingly as of October 1, 2023.
