ZRH Comfort: The new customer experience at Zurich Airport
From 1 November 2023, passengers at Zurich Airport have the opportunity to use a new service. With ZRH Comfort, they will benefit from a separate and serviced lounge area including snacks and beverages as well as the option to use the priority lane at the security checkpoint.
Customer surveys on the travel experience have shown that economy class passengers in particular want the option of additional services at the airport, regardless of booking class. With ZRH Comfort, Zurich Airport is creating a service that meets this need. ZRH Comfort can officially be used as of 1 November, and has already been on sale since 16 October.
Dedicated lounge area before departure
With ZRH Comfort, travelers have the option of staying in the Airside Center's new "ZRH Club" before their departure, where they are offered various snack and drink combinations depending on the time of day. Depending on the time of day, the offer ranges from breakfast with croissants and Birchermüsli to beef tartar crostini and vegan momos. Passengers are served by the staff of Candrian, the operator of the Center Bar located next to the ZRH Club. Before their stay at the ZRH Club, passengers benefit from Priority Lane at the security checkpoint.
Boarding pass as a ticket
ZRH Comfort can be booked by all travelers, regardless of booking class or airline, for CHF 49 per person via the Zurich Airport website. The booking is automatically linked to the boarding pass, giving travelers access to the Priority Lane at the security checkpoint and to the ZRH Club.
