The Executive Board is the most senior executive body at Flughafen Zürich AG. It comprises six members and the Aviation, Commercial, International, Real Estate, Finance & Services and People & Communications divisions.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Lukas Brosi has been Chief Executive Officer with overall responsibility for Flughafen Zürich AG since May 2023. Born in 1979 and a Swiss citizen, he joined Flughafen Zürich AG as Group Treasurer in 2009. One year later he was appointed Head of Treasury & Risk Management and took over as Head of Financial Services in 2013. Lukas Brosi has been a member of the Management Board since 2017 and was Chief Financial Officer of Flughafen Zürich AG until 2023.

Kevin Fleck

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Kevin Fleck is Chief Financial Officer at Flughafen Zürich AG since mid August 2023. In addition to his finance-related functions he is also responsible for the departments Information & Communication Technology, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Supply Management as well as Sustainability & Environment. A Swiss citizen born in 1984, he has many years of experience as a CFO in the aviation sector and in the field of real estate and facility management.

Stefan Tschudin

Chief Operation Officer (COO)

Stefan Tschudin has been Head of Aviation and COO at Flughafen Zürich AG since October 2017. He holds responsibility for all aviation-related matters at Flughafen Zürich AG and is also Accountable Manager for flight operations. A Swiss citizen born in 1968, he is a former commercial airline pilot and joined Flughafen Zürich AG's Aviation division as a project manager in 2007.

Stefan Gross

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Stefan Gross has been Head of the Commercial division since February 2016. He holds overall responsibility for the commercial centers, marketing and digital transformation as well as all products related to landside traffic at Zurich Airport. A Swiss citizen born in 1969, he brings with him many years of international management experience in management positions in retail and center management.

Lydia Näf

Lydia Naef

Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO)

Lydia Naef has been Head of Real Estate since September 2022 and is responsible for the development, construction and engineering as well as the commercial, technical and infrastructural management of all buildings and facilities at Zurich Airport. The Swiss national, born in 1982, is a business economist FH and holds an MBA in international real estate management. She joined Flughafen Zürich AG in February 2012 as Head Facility Management Offices & Cargo, took over the position Head Services & Parking in 2016 and was Head Property & Portfolio Management from 2019.

Daniel Bircher

Chief International Officer (CIO)

Daniel Bircher has been in charge of the newly created International division since 1 May 2021, which comprises the strategic development of international business and supervision of the airports and subsidiaries of Flughafen Zürich AG abroad. A Swiss citizen born in 1968, he has worked for Flughafen Zürich AG since 2006. From 2011 he was Operation Director at Bangalore International Airport in India, from 2015 COO of Belo Horizonte Airport in Brazil and since 2018 he has held the post of CEO of Zurich Airport Asia in Malaysia.

Manuela Staub

Chief People & Communications Officer

Manuela Staub joined Flughafen Zürich AG as Head of Corporate Communications in 2020. As of June 1st, 2022, she is a member of the management board and Head of the People & Communications on June 1st, 2022. This includes Human Resources, People & Organizational Development, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs and Visitor Services & Events. A Swiss citizen born in 1973, she is responsible for the public perception of the company and the airport as a destination.
