Traffic Figures Zurich 

2,596,903 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in June (+20.1% vs. previous year). The number of local passengers increased by 16.7% and transfer passengers increased by 29.4%. The transfer rate, which was at 27.6% last June, is at 29.7% in the month under review. Passenger numbers were 89.9% of the 2019 level.

In June, flight movements increased by 12.6% to 22,617 versus previous year. Flight movements were 91.5% of the 2019 level.

Commercial Activities Zurich

Total turnover in June was CHF 53.3m (+11.3% vs. previous year). The increase divides into 18.5% for airside and 2.4% for landside.

Traffic Figures International

At the international airports, the passenger count was as follows for the month under review: 

• 290,333 at Florianópolis Airport (+25.3% vs. previous year)
• 291,035 at Vitória/Macaé Airports (+33.9% vs. previous year)
• 184,422 at Antofagasta Airport (+18.3% vs. previous year)
• 142,794 at Iquique Airport (+5.1% vs. previous year)
