You can park for up to three hours longer at no extra cost. If you leave the car park more than three hours later than the maximum parking time, you will be charged for the remaining time at the ticket machines according to the following table.

You can arrive up to three hours earlier than the time stated within the booking at no extra cost. Example: If you book a parking space from midday, you can arrive at the airport from 09:00 a.m. onwards.

Prior to your arrival at the airport, you can amend your booking yourself via this link or in the booking confirmation in the “Manage booking" section of our website. Changes are currently only possible in the same parking garage if there is sufficient capacity.

The parking period may be shortened prior to the start of the booking. Once the booking has started, it is no longer possible to shorten the booking.

The parking period may be extended before and after the start of the booking, provided there is sufficient capacity.

No, your parking space booking is not automatically adjusted to flight changes - even if you have booked with your flight details. You can adjust your bookings here.

If you would like to receive updates about your flight, you can subscribe 96 hours before departure on the departure page. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Search for your flight and select it
2. Click on the “Get update for this flight” button
3. Enter your WhatsApp number
4. Receive flight updates via WhatsApp

You will need the QR code to enter the car park. At the entrance barrier, hold the QR code up to the reader. After the booking data has been checked, the barrier will open automatically. No tickets are issued.

The QR code will not be required when you leave the car park. The barrier will recognise your license plate and open automatically.

Please proceed as follows:

1. When you return to the car park, validate the ticket at a car park ticket machine by inserting the ticket into the machine.
2. Scan the QR code of your car park booking. This process will ensure that the exit ticket is “paid” and you can drive out at no additional cost.
3. Please exit by inserting the ticket into the barrier at the exit (there's no need to use the QR code)

If you also arrived late, the additional payment fee can also be paid at the same time.

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change the car park yourself via the booking platform. Therefore, please proceed as follows:

1. Please create a new booking with the desired car park, contact us via the support form and state both booking references.
2. We will cancel the original booking that you no longer need free of charge and refund the full amount.

Yes, if you park longer than planned, you will have to pay for the extra time. You can park for up to three hours longer at no extra cost.

You can easily extend your booking via our booking platform  if necessary - even after you have entered the car par. Alternatively, you can pay the additional costs at the pay machine or directly at the barrier. You can find the exact charges in the FAQs under "Stay longer".

In the event of major delays or flight cancellations, please contact the respective airline or your travel insurance company to be reimbursed for the additional costs, as the cancellation/delay and all of the associated expenses are their responsibility. If you require a receipt for your travel insurance (or for another purpose), this can be issued at the machine immediately after payment.

If you need to make an additional payment, scan the QR code at the ticket machines or at the exit barrier.

No, there are no additional fees for changing a booking. However, additional costs may be incurred, as prices are calculated dynamically.

You can cancel your booking yourself via “Manage booking". Bookings can be cancelled right up to the booked time of arrival. 

If you have booked cancellation protection, you will be refunded the entire parking fee, minus the costs of the cancellation protection. If you have not taken out cancellation protection, you will not be able to be refunded the parking fee.

If you notice damage to your car upon your return, you can report it directly and easily to our partner Helvetia within 48 hours via the online form:

Depending on availability, you can also use the covered car parks (P1, P2, P3, P6) without a reservation. However, please note that online rates are often cheaper than on-site rates. An overview of the standard tariffs is available here:

The outside car parks P60 and P65 must be booked online in advance.

No login is required to book a parking space online. You can book as a guest or create a profile for the next booking.

No, you can only select the multi-storey car park, but not the parking space. After entering the car park, you can park in a free parking space of your choice.

You do not have to hand in your car key. Please take your car key with you.

By entering your flight details, three hours before your departure and two hours after your arrival are automatically added as parking time. The calculation of entry and exit times is the same for all parking bookings. Please check the times again and adjust them to your travel plans if necessary.

Booking via flight is currently only possible 90 days in advance, as flights are only available in the System 90 days in advance.

You can pay conveniently with the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Diners. We also accept Twint, Google Pay and Boncard.

Yes, shortly after successfully completing a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received your booking confirmation, please also check your spam folder.

When booking online, the minimum parking period is eight hours.

Special parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are available in the following car parks:

The reduced mobility parking spaces in P1 to P6 are located directly next to the lifts. In P65, the reduced mobility parking spaces are located behind the shuttle stop.

Please book a normal parking space at the online tariff. A special tariff is not offered. It is not possible to book the special parking spaces separately. 
There are no corresponding parking spaces in the outdoor parking space P60.

• Travelling with reduced mobility

Outside car parks P60 and P65 are suitable for vehicles over 2 m in height (cat. B up to 3.5 t). These vehicles will not be able to enter car parks P1 to P6. This also applies if objects on a vehicle's roof stand at a height of 2.00 m or more. These parking spaces can only be booked online.

In outside car park P60, there are extra-long and extra-wide parking spaces at the rear of the car park. It is not possible to book these special parking spaces separately. Please book a normal parking space. Please note that we cannot guarantee an extra-long parking space. 

No, you do not need to enter your license plate number to gain access to enter. The entry medium is your QR code. You only need to enter your license plate number if you book a parking damage protection.

If you specified a different license plate number when you made your booking and then use a different car for the trip, you do not need to change the license plate number.

ZRH Comfort works identically, regardless of whether it is booked as a separate booking or as an add-on to a car park. You can remove passengers up to 24 hours before departure and change the names up to 2 hours before departure. Please note that entry to the car park is still via QR code and not with the boarding pass.

The booking confirmation contains a Google Maps link for your car park. During the booking process, Google Maps coordinates are also provided for each car park. A site plan of the car parks at Zurich Airport can be found here:

If you completed your booking online, we guarantee you a free parking space. You can ignore the “occupied” notice and drive past the barrier using your QR code.

Follow the parking guidance system. This will show the free parking spaces. After entering, you can park in a free parking space of your choice.

No, when you return to your car, you can drive straight to the exit barrier. The barrier will recognise your license plate and open automatically.

The online booking allows a single entry and exit, only.

Can I arrive later?
Yes, you can arrive later. A parking space will be guaranteed for the duration you have reserved in the booked car park.

Can I leave earlier?
Yes, that’s also possible. Please note that no refund will be issued for unused parking time.

Outdoor parking spaces can only be booked online.

Travelling from P60 to the airport on foot or by public transport

• By bus: Public buses run from outdoor car park P60 to Zurich Airport (from 5:15 a.m.to 00:30 a.m.). Please refer to the timetable for the times of the buses. The bus stop at P60 is called “Zürich Flughafen, Werft”.
• On foot: There is also a well signposted footpath from car park P60 directly to Zurich Airport. The airport is only 1 km or a 15-minute walk away from the car park.

Travelling from P65 to the airport via the free shuttle

We provide a free shuttle that will take you to the airport bus station in approximately 10 minutes. The shuttle bus operates regularly at the times set out in the timetable (Mon-Sun) from 4:15 a.m. to 00:00 a.m.. The shuttle stop is right next to the entrance of car park P65.

Please note that our outdoor car park P65 is only open and bookable during the summer flight schedule.

You have two options for charging your electric car:

1. Park & Charge zone on floor 6 in P6. You can make a reservation online to secure your parking space. Please note that parking spaces in the Park & Charge area are very limited. You can charge your vehicle here with up to 11 kW of electricity. Further information is available here:

2. GOFAST fast charging park right next to the BP petrol station at the Circle. You can charge your vehicle here with up to 300 kW of electricity.
